What is ChatSilk?

ChatSilk is a trade ecosystem between China and the EAEU countries. It includes a marketplace, chat with automatic translation, video calls and a seller dashboard.

Who can use the platform?

Chinese factories and manufacturers, sellers from the EAEU countries and buyers. Every participant gets a dashboard and working tools.

How does automatic translation work?

Chat messages are translated automatically into Russian, English and Chinese. The seller and the buyer write in their own language and understand each other without an interpreter.

Is there a sales commission?

Комиссия — 2%, но только если покупатель платит через ChatSilk (ООО «Шелковый путь будущего» или китайскую компанию). Если продавец принимает оплату сам, комиссии нет.

How do I download the app?

The ChatSilk app for Android can be downloaded on the download page. It is used for chat, video calls and placing orders from a phone.

How are goods delivered?

Goods are delivered across the EAEU countries and to China. Logistics, documents and settlements in yuan are handled inside the platform.
