For buyers

Download the ChatSilk app and find the product you need in the catalog. Write to the seller in chat — messages are translated automatically, so language is no barrier. Place an order and get delivery across the EAEU countries.

For sellers and factories

Register and upload your products to the catalog. Communicate with buyers from the EAEU without an interpreter: the chat translates into Russian, English and Chinese. There is no sales commission.

Payment and documents

Settlements are made in yuan and documents are issued inside the platform. Wholesale prices are available directly from factories.

Delivery

Logistics covers the EAEU countries and China. A warehouse in Nansha helps to consolidate and ship your order.
